Tatum Martin
As a therapist, Tatum’s passion lies in creating a secure and supportive environment to develop a safe, thoughtful, and therapeutic relationship. Her goal is to empower clients to gain profound insights, explore their emotions, and acquire the skills to nurture self-compassion. She utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach that blends trauma-focused, attachment-based and somatic modalities. With an interest in somatic awareness, Tatum encourages clients to regulate their nervous system and develop effective coping strategies for their symptoms.
Tatum has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults on a variety of topics including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relational issues, PTSD, complex trauma, as well as supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She is currently supervised by a licensed marriage and family therapist.
In her free time, Tatum enjoys reading, writing, traveling and spending time with family. She has a love for animals, including her tuxedo cat, Rigby.
