Carmen is a depth associate therapist supporting her clients to navigate, grow and soar. With her thoughtful and integrative approach, she has supported parents, adults, children, adolescents, and vulnerable populations. With a keen interest in the unconscious, Carmen welcomes the exploration of dreams and employs creative techniques tailored to client’s needs, bringing a rich and dynamic approach to therapy.

With over 18 years in the mental health field, she is grateful for her unique experiences witnessing restoration and hope as a reflection of the soul. She views psychotherapy as sacred work, honoring each client’s unique history, experiences, and their contributions to the world.

Carmen’s hope for her clients is that through their process they find inner strength, solace and a new way to cope.

Special Interests
Carmen’s love for raptors (birds of prey) has opened the door to explore their relationship to
human psyche. She believes birds carry with them wisdom and strength that can bring a new
perspective to circumstances, thus deepening understanding and awareness.
Professional interests include:

  • Certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
  • Writing a book about raptors and their psychological contributions to the human psyche.
  • Facilitating groups for new mothers and conducting group therapy in natural settings.
  • In her free time, Carmen enjoys birdwatching, spending time in nature, and watching hockey.
